Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of this website and of Storm Studios's social media posting platform (the "platform"), operated by INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL LTD, trading as Storm Studios ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. If you use the platform on behalf of a business or client, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for them. Our other services are provided under the terms agreed with you in writing.

2. The platform

The platform is a social media publishing tool. You write a post once; the tool adapts the text for each social network's limits, checks it against each network's rules, and publishes or schedules it to the social accounts you have connected. Each client or brand has its own workspace.

3. Accounts and authorization

  • You must own, or be authorized to manage, every social account you connect.
  • Accounts are connected through each platform's official authorization screen. You can revoke a connection at any time in the social platform's settings or by emailing contact@storm-studios.co.uk.
  • You are responsible for the content you publish and for keeping your login details secure.
  • You must comply with each social platform's terms and policies. Where relevant, this includes each platform's terms of service and its policies on music use and branded content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • send spam or repetitive, unsolicited content;
  • publish deceptive, misleading or unlawful content;
  • circumvent platform limits, rules or rate limits;
  • post content you do not have the rights to use;
  • use connected accounts for anything other than publishing your own approved content.

5. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit it, solely to provide the platform and only to the social networks you choose.

6. Third-party platforms

Social networks are run by third parties. Their availability, API changes and rate limits are outside our control. We may refuse or hold a post that fails a network's rules. We do not guarantee that any post will be accepted, published or shown by a network.

7. Early access

The platform is in early access and is provided "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, and features may change.

8. Fees

There are currently no fees for the platform. Any future fees will be agreed with you in writing before they apply.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if a social network requires it, or if needed to protect the platform or others. You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss arising from third-party platform actions, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which may be zero). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
